New Delhi: On Saturday, Delhi Deputy Chairman of the AAP, Manish Sisodia, announced the cancellation of all Delhi university exams following an ongoing coronavirus crisis in the capital city in the coming semester.
The Delhi chief minister said in a statement that the graduation would be awaited by universities based on the evaluation criteria.
“All of Delhi’s state university tests including final exams have been canceled with a view to COVID-19, the Delhi government has agreed to cancel this diploma based on examination criteria decided by the universities.”
The decision was taken following the national capital coronavirus crisis. The terrible COVID-19 outbreak, caused by SARS‐CoV‐2, infected more than 1,09 lakh people in Delhi and claimed 3,300 lives so far, according to the most recent information available at the Ministry of health and family welfare.
